Hi, Lan.
For your own breakfast and supper it will take about 150-300 RUR, if you want to cook at campfire or gas burner. Uzhually we cooke macaroni (pasta) with meat from tinned food. Be careful, when chosing tinned food in the willages, take the most expansive one.
For wild camp I suggesting to chose some place not close to living place, inside a forest.
Also, be careful at the big roads, it's better to choose small roads to ride and be aware of cars.
